Malana Sheyenne Farnham Age 12, born August 30, 2006, Columbia TN to Brandon and Vicky Hooper Farnham, died Monday, February 18, 2019 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN.

Survivors include Ray Hooper, Father-Hohenwald, TN; Betty Hooper, Mother-Hohenwald, TN; Brandon Farnham, Biological Father-Hohenwald, TN; Vicky Hooper Farnham, Biological Mother-Hohenwald, TN; Asher Farnham, Brother-Hohenwald, TN; Cherish Annemarie Farnham, Sister-Hohenwald, TN; Alyssa Kaye Farnham, Sister-Hohenwald, TN; Addlyn Rain Farnham, Sister-Hohenwald, TN; Gladys Marie Pulley, Great Grandmother-Hohenwald, TN; Numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 19, 2019, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Sweetwater House of Prayer. The funeral will be held at Sweetwater House of Prayer on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 2:00 PM. The officiating clergy will be John Rawdon. Burial will take place Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in the Hooper Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN.
