The officiating clergy will be L. C. Loveless. Burial will take place July 28, 2004 in the Downey Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN on Wednesday, July 28, 2004. Survivors include sons, Dwight, Johnny Fred and Billy Loyd Cotham; Brothers, Billy & Bobby Cothran; sisters, Freddie Sublett and Nell Peters; 9 Grandchildren; 12 Great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Cotham, and parents, Willie Duncan and Lila (Boyce) Cothran.
