Lila Bernice White was born on June 21, 1922 and passed away on August 22, 2019 at the age of 97.

Lila is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Annie Edwards Elkins; her husband, “L V” Elva White; her two brothers; and her six sisters.

She is survived by her daughters, Tonie Scurlock of Centerville and Rebecca Peek of Waverly; her stepson, David White of Missouri; and her stepdaughter, Carol Cline of Florida.

Visitation will be held on 26 Aug, 2019, from 4:00-8:00 PM, and 26 Aug 2019 from 10AM-10:30AM at the McDonald Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be conducted on 26 Aug 2019, at 11:00 AM, at Memory Gardens, Centerville, TN.
