Blanch Lockie Fite, age 76, formerly of Hohenwald died on Monday morning at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro.   Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 26, 2003, at 1:00 PM, in the chapel of McDonald Funeral Home with Don Morris of Fellowship United Methodist Church officiating.   Burial will take place in Swiss Cemetery.   Survivors include her son Kerry Fite of Chattanooga, one daughter Debbie Warren of Murfreesboro and one sister Beulah Spiess of Hohenwald.   Also four grandchildren.   Mrs. Fite is preceded in death by her husband Jake D. Fite and her parents Oscar and Edna Dabbs Tatum.
