Suman, Anita
Anita Suman, born July 21, 1950, in Paulding, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
In 1966, Anita married the love of her life, Jackie Dean Suman, and together they built a life centered on faith, family, and love, raising three wonderful children of whom she was immensely proud.
Anita devoted most of her life to caring for her family while also working as a hair stylist. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—watching Green Bay Packers football (Go Pack!), spinning the wheel on The Price Is Right, and spending time in the family’s garage “Packer Bar.” She also enjoyed gathering with friends at the local Eagles Club, where opening pull tabs was always part of the fun.
Above all else, Anita cherished time with her family. She was deeply proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy. Many of her loved ones were by her side when she went to be with her Lord and Savior, reunited with her beloved husband, Jack, and her son, Dean. Her beloved fur baby, Sadie Sue, also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Rusty Suman (Teresa) and Jennifer Jacob (Michael); her grandchildren, Jacob Suman (Jessica), Jessica Dorsey (Clayton), Cody Suman, Abbigale Suman, Autumn Suman, Brianna Jones (Cody), Nate Jacob, and Luke Jacob (Parker); and her great-grandchildren, Kinslee, Leland, Oakley, Braylin, Nolan, Coah, Vienna, Decker, Kennedy, and Callum.
A gathering of friends and family for a celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
