Billy Lee Keathley, born on November 29, 1937, in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Halbert Lee and Dolly Bell Robinson Keathley, entered eternal rest on August 6, 2025, in Columbia, Tennessee, at the age of 87.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by children, Wayne Keathley, Woodrow Wilson and Wanda Wilson; granddaughter, Jada Keathley; sisters, Frances, Sarah, Emojean, Sudie, Gertrude, Peggy, and Betty; and brother, Nelson.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Novice A. Ferry Keathley; sons, Billy Ray Keathley, Tommy Keathley, David Vincent.; daughter, Vickie Middleton; 23 grandchildren; and a host of cherished family and friends.

Billy was a man of strong hands and a kind heart. He loved his family deeply and found joy in simple things—working with wood, spending time in nature, caring for animals, and especially fishing. His presence, warmth, and love will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
