Zapien, Juan Jose Palma
Juan Jose Zapien Palma was born in Mexico on September 12, 1987 to Juan Zapien and Celia Palma. He passed away on April 30, 2025, at the age of 37.
Juan was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, and loyal brother. He is survived by his beloved wife, Veronica Pacheco; his daughters, Alina Zapien and Ellen Zapien, and his son, Mateo Zapien; his parents, Juan and Celia; and his sisters, Yesenia Zapien, Isabel Zapien, and Blanca Zapien.
He worked as a dedicated server at Mi Cocina for many years, where his warm personality left a lasting impression on coworkers and customers alike.
Above all, Juan was a family man. His love for his wife and children was evident in all he did, and he brought joy and strength to his home every day. His kindness, laughter, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though his time with us was far too short, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
Visitation with the family will be 7 May 2025 from 4:00 – 9:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9 May 2025 at 12:oo PM at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 3019 Cayce Lane, Columbia, TN.
