Danny Grover Taylor was born in Lyles, TN on December 06, 1949 to the late G. C. and Helen Louise Dile Taylor and entered eternal rest in Bon Aqua, TN on January 7, 2025 at the age of 75 years.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Alline Taylor, beloved companion of 14 years, Debbie Buchanan and sister Katherine Fann.

He is survived by his son Tony Taylor, daughter Sonya Harper, grandson Jeffery (Grace) Harper and great grandchildren Ella Harper and Allie Harper, his step children Jessica (Johnny) Matthews, April (Jeremy) Hanner, Vickie Cravens and Shannon Buchanan, step grandchildren Alyrea, Kyla, Hannah, Brittney, Will, Tori, J. T. , Josie, Preston and Nathaniel Darnell, 15 step great grandchildren, nephew Charles Fann and nieces Angie Fann and Andrea Fann.

He was an employee of the Hickman County School System for 30 years as a bus driver and bus mechanic. He loved fishing and spending time at the river. Most of all his truly loved his family fiercely and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation with the family will be 14 Jan 2025 from 1:00 – 9:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be 15 Jan 2025 at 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with burial to follow at Hilltop Cemetery, Lyles, TN.
