Principal

Mr. Turner returned to his "old home town" as principal of our high school in the Fall of 1931. Under his supervision and guidance teachers and students have worked untiringly toward the improvement of the school, the result of which speaks for itself: the high school advanced from an unaccredited condition to an A grade — the highest the state has — in one year, a record almost if not entirely unprecedented in the State of Tennessee.
