WIMBERLY, Morris – Serious Accident (1897)
A Serious Accident
Thursday of last week a very serious accident happened near Hollow Rock. While Morris WIMBERLY was trying to split a block of wood his ax flew off the handle striking a young man named ROWE on the forehead and inflicting a wound that several stitches were required to close. A physician was called at once, the wound dressed and at last accounts young ROWE was doing as well as could be expected.
