I William S. Mitchell do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.
First I direct that my burial Expences and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.
Secondly I give and bequeath to my wife Winney Mitchell all my Estate including all the real and personal property money notes and accounts which I may die seized and possessed of to have the entire use and control of during her natural life or widowhood and at her death whatever may be left to be equally divided among all my children.
Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Winney Mitchell my Executrix. In witness whereof I do to this will set my hand and seal this the 20th day of June 1859.

Signed sealed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names hereunto in the presence of the testator this the 20th day of June 1859.
