I Thos C. Barham being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will testament as follows:
First that all my just debts be paid the remainder of the property I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Luisa S. Barham without any reservation whatever either in law or equity
I do hereby appoint my brother James H. Barham the Executor of this my last will and testament
