Carroll County. (
I Richard G. Null do make and publish this as my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.
First I direct that my funeral Expences & all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executors.
Secondly I give and bequeath all my land consisting of about one hundred & thirty two Acres to my five children.
Thirdly that Nancy Ann shall be rased and schooled to read and Wright and cipher to the single rule of three out of the proceeds of my land or any other effects if any.
Fourthly that my land be rented out and the proceeds thereof put out at interest if not otherwise needed till the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty three and that the said land to be sold and the proceeds to be equally divided among the five children.
Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint W. W. Hanna and William H. Null my Executors in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this the 7th day of July one Thousand and Eight hundred & fifty five.

I Richard G. Null having heretofore made and published this my last will and testament do make and declare this as a codicil thereto to wit
First that my children have one feather bed and one bedstead apiace Mary having received hers already with her part of the bed clothing the balance the balance of the bed clothing to be equally divided among the balance of the children there being four demity counterpaines to go to Louis and Ann two to each.
