I Jesse Pritchard do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by made at any time. First I derect that my funeral expencis & all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executors. Secondly I give and bequeath to my well beloved wife Mary 100 acres of land encluding the mansion House to have during her life & at her death to fall to my Son John I give her my nigro girl Emeline during her life time and at her death to be sold and the proceeds thereof to be devided equally among her children (Viz) William Isaac Elisabeth John and Mary, I give her my nigro boy Demsey during her life and at her death to be sold and the proceeds thereof equally devided among all my heirs with the exception of my son Sion Pritchard. I also give her Jewel with her bridle and saddle my cart and steers two cowes and calves one heifer ten head of sheep all my hoggs together with my crop of corn wheet oats and cotton. I also give her two beds bedsteads and furniture and all my Kitchen utensiles one apple mill one beanvat one chest one dining table and one loome. I also give her 24 geese and ten chairs. 3 raly I will and bequeath to my daughter Hannah Seventy Dollars, To my daughter Deliah seventy dollars to my son Sian I give and bequeath Three hundred dollars as his entire Share of my estate. To my son William I give and bequeath one bed & furniture. To my son Isaac I give one bed and jurniture. To my daughter Elisabeth I give and bequeath seventy five dollars, one horse bridle and Saddle one bed and furniture one cow and calf one saw and pigs one yew & lamb and one dressing Table to my son John I give and bequath one horse bridle and Saddle and all my land. To my daughter Mary I give and bequeath one hundred dollars one horse bridle and saddle one bed and furniture one cow and calf one saw and pigs on yew & lamb and one dressing Table 4 leg. It is my will that my two old nigroes Nat and Clara be sold in such manner if possible as not to be parted and the proceeds thereof be equally devided among my first set of children (with the exception of Sion (Viz) Hannah Alama Charles Martha Ivys heirs Susan Stephen Delila & Jesse. I further will that the ballence of my effects be Sold and the proceeds there of be equally devided among my heirs (Viz) the above named first set of children together with my youngest set William Isaac Elizabeth John and Mary. I do hereby nominate and appoint Joseph R. Murphy and Charlie Pritchard my Executors. In witness whare of I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 12th Decr. 1843.

This day the last will and Testament of Jesse Pritchard, Deceased was produced into open court and the execution thereof duly proven by the oathes of Henry O. Hood & W. A. Bradford subscribing witness thereto to be his act and deed of said Pritchard and ordered by the court to be recorded.
