Elizabeth Paralee RUFF was the daughter of Henry RUFF and Nancy SMITH
1904-WILL:
I, E. P. RUFF do make and publish this as my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.
First, I give and bequeath to Miss Fannie MCMACKINS, all of my personal property consisting of beds and bed clothing and all other household goods that I am possessed of.
I also give and bequeath to the said Miss Fannie MCMACKINS all of my real estate lying and being in the 16th Civil district of Carroll County Tennessee.
This will is made on condition that the said Miss Fannie MCMACKINS remains a single woman, but in the event she should marry, then I will see that all property both real and personal shall be equally divided between my niece Miss Amanda BOSTON, Guss MCMACKINS and the said Miss Fannie MCMACKINS.
Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint J. H. PARKS my executor.
In witness where of, I do to this, my will, set my hand, this March
28-1904.
