I Elizabeth Mc Spadden being in my right mind do make this my last will and testament revoking all other &c
1st my will is that all my debts shall be paid out of any money that may be on hand or the first that is collected.
2nd My will is that my daughter Cornelia Amanda the wife of Henry Jackson shall have an equal share of my estate with the rest of my children
3rd My will is that my daughter Martha Elizabeth the wife of James Porter shall have an equal share of my estate for the use of her & her 3 oldest children by her former husband Frances Hames
4th My will is that my daughter Nancy Pollard formerly the wife of O. C. Pollard shall have an equal share of my Estate her & her two children Wallace & Deck exclusively for their use and benefit
I also will and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Pollard formerly the wife of O C Pollard my Roan Horse
5th My will is that S. C. Cudd and Wm. Walker be my Executors to this my last will & testament to wind up my estate as above directed
Given under my hand and seal this 29th of June 1863
