Noncupative will of Elijah Autry Deceased made on the morning of the 28th of September 1858 as follows to wit
I want Polly to have the home tract of land her life time and what the law allows her. She will want it to raise the children on The balance of my property I want sold and equally divided and I want William D. Flowers and William G. Hall to attend to winding up my business this 4th October 1858.
