I Elias Myers of the County of Carroll & State of Tennessee planter do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former will by me at any time heretofore made and first I derect that my body be decently intered at the grave yeard near Robert Stoker long side of my dear wife in said county in a manner suitable to my condition in life and as to such worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with. I dispose of the same as follows – first I derect that all my debts and funeral expencis be paid as soon after my decease as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executors from any potion of my Estate. Secondly I give and bequath to my Daughter Rosey Stoker who has intermaried with William Stoker the bead and furniture belonging to said bead that I lie on together with the balance of thirty dollars in silver that I now possess after my funeral Expences is paid out of it. thirdly I give and bequath to William Stoker my Clock Stilards and square then for the ballance of my property to be sold and equally devided between three of my children, namely, William Myers, Moses Myers and Rosie Stoker. I do hereby make ordain and appoint my Esteemed neighbour and frend Basel Rogers Executor of this my last will and testament in witness whareof I Elias Myers the said testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper Set my hand and seal this 19th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six.

This day the last will and testament of Elias Myers deceased was produced into open court and was duly proven by the oaths of James Mc Cord and John Mc Cord the two Subscribing witness thereto as the law derects in such cases and ordered to be recorded.
