June 8th 1864
The old tract of land and the Jackson tract is connected togather and is to go to J. N. Collins and C. H. Collins is to have a home during her life or as long as she stay single I will one hundred dollars to C. H. Collins.
The place that W. Thomas Lettsinger lives on he is to pay one hundred dollars to L. Starky. My household property I want J. N. and C. H. Collins to have it and the remainder of my property to be sold and divided between the heirs of W. T. Ledsinger L. Starkey & W. M. C. Collins
J. N. Collins takes the tools and pays forty dollars to the heirs of W. M. C. Collins, W. T. Ledsinger & L. Starky I appoint J. N. Collins my Executor to wind up my buisness
