I wish my son Billy to have Mark my nigro to whom I have heretofore given him. I have a clock a Spinning wheel a real two beds and bedsteads. Counterpanes, coverlids sheets and a few chairs Some Stock cooking vessels table furniture and other things. I want all of my property but Mark sold when I die devided among the children of my boys David and Jonathan. I want the property sold or what it brings devided share and share alike between all the children of my two boys David & Jonathan young and old one child is as near to me as another, I will not give the children of Daughter Jane anything – I have given her enough all ready – all that I intend to give – I want what little I have left besides Mark to go to the children of my poor boys David & Jonathan.

This day the last will and testament of Clara Moore Deceased was preduced into open court and duly proven by the oaths of Thos. A. Pasteur & Ann K. Pasteur the two witnesseth there to as the law requires in such cases & and ordered to be recorded.
