I Cintha Clements of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and do make this my last will and testament
My will is that all my Just debts funeral expences &c shall be paid out of my estate I wish my son Jim to have my interest in my land more than the other children as he is inform and unable to work I wish my boyds all to have a horse apiece Jim to have Dan Woodson the mare, Nancy and Dal the horse Promp Jim and Dal to have a bed apiece
Kisiah Darnal to have five dollars then the remainder of my estate to be divided amongst my children equally except Kisiah Darnel who is to have nothing but the five dollars spoken of above.
In testimony whreof I have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name and affixed my seal this Nov 28th 1865
