of said land, and after said Reeves’ death the said Tittle heirs had said suit

dismissed and it appearing that no title had been perfected to said Reeves to

estate of said Reeves should not ___ said notes unless his estate had hav

gotten the lands from which consideration said notes was executed. All of said

notes bears date June 22nd 1846 and due 14 months after date to wit. One note

on John Dirting $5.00; Hiram Y. Tittle $5.00; Jeremiah T. Reeves $5.00; Adam

Tittle $5.00; Jonas Nokes $5.00. Also, one note made payable to H.Y. Tittle &

Nathan Neely as Admin of Mary Higgins  ____. Executed by Elijah Higgins and

G.W. Reeves as his security and showing that they had ever attempted to make

the date off of Elijah Higgins who was the principle in the note amt $6.20.
