Martha S. & W.A. Wilson to Judith Cox, 17 Jul 1866

Cannon Co Deeds page 108 (clerk did not note deed book # when copied to me) Martha S. Wilson & W.A. Wilson to deed Judith Cox State of Tennessee We Martha S. Wilson and W.A. Wilson have this day Bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and Convey to Judith Cox and her heirs forever for the Consideration of fifty dollars to us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged one Sixth part of A certain Tract or parcel of land lying and being in Cannon County Tennessee district No 11 Containing One Hundred and fifty Acres Beginning on an ash in the old grant line running thence west one Hundred and forty poles to A Buckeye thence South two hundred poles to A Hornbean thence East one Hundred and forty poles to a Red oak thence North two hundred poles to the beginning Said land being the same that was deeded to the undersigned Martha S. Wilson By the said Judith Cox on the 22nd day of March 1866 we covenant with the said Judith Cox that we are lawfully seized of said Land and we warrant the title of said undivided Interest to said land against the lawful Claims of all persons Claiming through or under us but no further in witness where of we have hereunto Subscribed our names this 17th day of July 1866.
