WEST, LANCE, COOPER, HEATON
Per query posted April 19, 2006 by JSanders…I am searching for any information concerning the location of the [Warren Co.] Ivy Bluff Church of Christ church records. These records may contain listings of members as well as mention of death of Anderson WEST, who died [and left a will] in 1847 in Cannon County, TN. His wife was Martha LANCE, daughter of Henry LANCE and Mary HEATON. Note that Martha LANCE West died in 1863, not on August 20, 1862. That date has been incorrectly attributed as the death date of Martha when it was confused with the date of birth of her granddaughter Sarah Pandora WEST ROBERTS who was born 20 Aug 1862 (one souce says 1861) in Cannon County, daughter of John Anderson WEST and Rachel COOPER.
