KIRBY, WHITE, RAYBURN

I'm seeking information for two families. One is the family of James T. White and wife Mary Tennessee (Rayburn) White. Mary is the older sister of my great grandmother, Martha Adelia Rayburn, and the daughter of John Madison Rayburn. I've located them in Putnam County in the 1900 census, but cannot locate them thereafter. Many of Mary's siblings (including my great grandmother) reloacted to Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, about 1906, but there is no sign of James and Mary there either.

I'm also looking for information on another sister and her husband. His name was Curtis Kirby and hers Lurana (Rayburn). Lurana is one of two younger sisters of Delia Rayburn. I find Curtis and Lurana in both the 1900 and 1910 censuses in the Cookeville area (living in close proximity to her father), but have no sign of them in 1920.

At this point, I'm seeking any additional information as to what happened to Mary and Lurana as well as their families. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

CAR,CARR,KERR,LINDSEY,ELLIS, ELLISON/ALLISON,CAMPBELL

One Wm CAR appears 1849 Jackson Co case where he is dec'd and represented by John W. CAR, admin & heirs of Wm vs Elijah CAR (b1799)& Archibald Lindsey. Wm had sold in his lifetime to Lindsey & Elijah held the notes. The minor heirs of Wm were Bird W. b1844, Sarah b1845 & Wm Henry b1848/9 d.1910 (served 1900 Co. Clerk, 1906 JP) Neither Wm to be confused w/ Wm Carr b1788 mRice/Harper whose son Elijah b1825/6 was living KY 1850. This LINDSEY/CARR connection is seen earlier on Cane Creek, TN and involves same neighbor names as earlier on Eno River in Orange Co., NC=LINDSEY, ELLIS,CAMPBELL,ELLISON/ALLISON. Descendants of Jane KERR m Eli LINDSEY d1816 Chapel Hill, NC lived among my CARR's on Cane Creek. Perhaps specific information from these associated families can build a migration bridge from Orange Co, NC to Cane Creek in White/Jackson Co.'s, TN. Written exchanges appreciated. Unlisted phone.

ERWIN

We are searching for the parents of Wiley Erwin. Wiley Erwin lived his adult life in Woodville, Alabama as documented on the 1860 senses which also listed his birthplace in Tennessee. We know of other relations from Putnam County and suspect Wiley was born there (Putnam County, Tennessee) however, there is no documentation to support this theory. We know Wiley had a brother Rubin (Rube) Erwin and Rube's wife's name was Hanna. Any informarion you may lend to finding my GGGGrandfather would be greatly appreciated.
