     Know all men by these presents that I James McClellen attorney in fact for William Trigg Surviving Executor of William King Deceased for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and eighty seven Dollars & fifty Cents to me in hand paid here this day bargained and sold unto Sampson David of the Town of Jacks borough & State of Tennessee all the right title Interest and claim the Estate or heirs of the said William King Deceased has in and to three negrows (viz) one negrow man named Jessee one Woman named Patsey & one Child named Barnet former -ly the property of King & David.

In Testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 13th Day of November 1811
