T. and Lucy (Turner) PERKINS; received common school education and early in life clerked in a grocery store at Brownsville, Tenn.; left an orphan at 9 years of age, lived with his grandfather, who died when he was 18 years of age; he then became a farmer; married Ruth TAYLOR Nov. 13, 1881; is now farming and breeding stock; Democrat; member M.
