Montgomery Co., Tenn., Aug., 1886; served four years and resigned; has been actively engaged in the practice of law at Clarksville, Tenn., since 1882; married Jennie MORRISON June 5, 1888; member of K. of P., I. O. O. F. and Elks; member Presbyterian church.
