MORGAN, Oliver Perry, attorney at law; born Dayton, Rhea County, Tennessee, February 6, 1881; son Dr. John Daniel and Mary Crate (Elder) MORGAN; Scotch-Irish and Dutch descent; educated University of Chattanooga, class of 1904; 1907 admitted to practice in Circuit and Supreme Courts of State of Tennessee; on Jan. 6, 1908, admitted to practice in Federal courts of Sixth Circuit, Eastern District of Tenn, Southern Division; 1909 formed partnership in law with Marcus Frankle MITCHELL.
