B. in 1893; began business career as a teacher; married Fannie BAXTER Dec. 21, 1898; Democrat; member of the state Democratic executive committee from 1908 to 1910; member of the law firm of Knight & Beasley since 1898; engaged in the practice of law at Centreville.
