W.; Democrat; elected Tax Assessor of Weakley Co., Tenn., Aug. 1908, and is the present incumbent; began teaching vocal music in 1900, and is now President of the Weakley Co., Singing Convention; serving the fourth year; member of the M. E. church, South.
