MASSOT, December 29, 1899; entered library work in St. Louis Mercantile Library, October 4, 1889; held various positions and became Assistant Librarian 1897; in 1898 was appointed Librarian of Cossitt Library, Memphis, which position he still holds; author of occasional articles in newspapers and journals.
