O. O. F. College, Humboldt, Tenn.; married Mattie PRESTON Dec. 21, 1891; has been continuously engaged in the educational work since he was 18 years of age; has been teaching in the Humboldt City Schools eleven years; Democrat; member of the Methodist church.
