(Hayes) FOX; father’s occupation, farmer; paternal grandparents Pervines and Mary (Bennett) FOX, maternal grandparents Davis K. and Minerva (Jackson) HAYES; educated at Lewisburg, Tenn.; in early life was in the mercantile business; married Eva CARLTON APRIL 17, 1895; Democrat; member of the Church of Christ, Deacon in same; Cashier and Director in First National bank, Director in Lewisburg Mill & Elevator Co., and has some farming interests at Lewisburg, Tenn.
