To Mary E Finney I gave 60 acres out of the south East Corner of my tract. Deed for which is recorded in Registry of Weakley County at Dresden in Book 10 page 866.

To Mrs Ada Parlow, was set apart lot no. 1, lying west of and adjoining the lot set apart to Mary E. Finney Containing 40 acres.  Deed for which I execute to her bearing  date herewith.

To my Grand daughter Percy Jenkins was set apart 40 *  acres lying north of and adjoining the lands of my two daughters Mrs. M E Finney and Ada Parlow which said 40 * acres of land is also deeded to my said granddaughter Percy Jenkins but if she shall die without issue then said land is to descend to Miss Frances McClellan?
