Will of Martha
LANDRUM
I, Martha LANDRUM of the county of
Weakley
and State of Tennessee, do publish this my last will and testament,
hereby
revoking and disannulling all others which I may have heretofore
made.
It is my will and desire, after my death, that all my property of every
description except Lana, be sold and equally divided between all my
children,
viz, Lucy MAXEY, William LANDRUM, Nancy OSER, Harriet MORRIS, Mary
LANDRUM,
Robert LANDRUM and Harriet WINSTEAD. Also is any debts due me at
my death, collected and applied same way as the above, to them and
their
heirs forever. The tract of land that I now reside on, I give and
bequeath to my son William LANDRUM during his lifetime, and at his
death,
to be sold and proceeds equally divided between all amy above named
children.
The land willed to my son William LANDRUM, not subject to his debts
before
or after his death. I do here appoint John R. LANDRUM, Executor
of
this my last will and testament. In witness I have hereunto
set my name and affix my seal this the tenth day of September one
thousand
eight hundred and sixty-six.
