Will of Elias KILLEBREW

The Eleventh of April one thousand Eight hundred and thirty five, I,Elias KILLEBREW being in a low state of heth, but of a sound mind and memory and knowing that it is appointed for all men to Die and being Desirous to have my business in an orderly way have ordered constituted and appointed this Instrument of writing as my last will and testament in manner and form following.

 First I wish all my Just Debts to be paid out of my property thebalance to my beloved wife Matilda KILLEBREW during her life or widowhood at which time I wish all my property to be sold and Divided amongst my children as the law Directs.  Also I wish to appoint my beloved friend Thomas KILLEBREW, Jr. and Killebrew KENNEDY, Executors to this my last will and testament.
