Will of Charles M. KILLGORE, deceased
I, Charles M. KILLGORE, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may come into the hands of my Executors. Secondly, I give and bequeath to my son Thomas O. KILLGORE, fifteen hundred and twenty dollars which he has already received. Thirdly, To Margaret J. LONG, my daughter fifteen hundred and twenty dollars which she has already received. Fourthly, to my son George W.C. KILLGORE, fifteen hundred and twenty dollars which he has already received. Fifthly, to the heirs of James W.
KILLGORE
six hundred dollars which they have
Sixthly, to my granddaughter Casey E. KILLGORE, daughter of John B. KILLGORE, six hundred dollars to be left in the hands of my Executor to be paid to here when she becomes twenty-one years old. Seventhly, I direct if there is any moneys left after my death that is should be equally divided between the heirs of James W. KILLGORE, deceased, and the heirs of John B. KILLGORE, deceased. Eighthly, I direct that my horse, saddle and bridle, bed and bedstead and bed clothing, and all other clothing be divided between my two sons and daughters, Thomas O. KILLGORE, George W.C. KILLGORE, and Margaret J. LONG. Lastly I desire that my two sons Thomas O. KILLGORE and George W.C. KILLGORE be appointed my Executors, of this my last will and testament, without giving bond or security by the Court. Signed and published in our presence
