I, WILLIS JOHNSON do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First, I desire that my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any monies that I may die possessed of or if there be none that a sufficiency of perishable property be sold for that purpose - Secondly, I give unto my wife MARY after paying all my just debts as above directed the whole of my estate to have and to hold during her widowhood. If she shall marry I wish her to draw an eqal portion of my estate with my children and at her death such portion as she shall have drawn to equally divided amongth my four children CAROLINE, WILLIAM, CEMANTHA and MARY ELIZA - I also desire that should either of my children become of age or marry during her widowhood that she shall lend to him or her such property as she may deem proper - not exceeding his or her proportionable estate - Lastly - I do hereby nominate and appoint WILLIAM HIGGS and KINCHIN WHITE my executors and wish them to act in that capacity until my son arrives at the age of twenty one at which time should the court consider him capable of acting in the capacity of executor it is my desire that he take charge of the estate.
