Will of J. W. JENKINS, deceased

State of Tennessee, Weakley County, February 21st 1879.

I, J. W. JENKINS, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.  

Secondly, I give and bequeath to my brother B. F. JENKINS's two children, Charles, a son, and Mary B., a daughter, one half of my realty, consisting of fifty-three and one half acres of land.  Also one half of all personal
property that I may be possessed of at my death.  

Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my sister Mary YOUNG's two children, Eugenia and Charles, one half of my realty, consisting of fifty-three and half acres of land, and one half of all personal property that may be possessed of at my
death.  Fourthly, I appoint my brother B. F. JENKINS and L. C. GORING, my Administrators and that they shall not be required to give bond before the court for their actions.
