I, B. D. HYNDS, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me made by me at any time.  First, I direct that all my funeral expenses and all my just  debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys or effects that may be on hand at my death.  Secondly, I give all my property of every description to my wife Sarah E. HYNDS, to have and to hold during her lifetime.  I do absolutely give to her for life, to do with as she may think best.  Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint G. 
          W. L. HYNDS, my Executor.  In witness whereof, I do, to this my will, 
          set my hand and seal this 26th day of February 1879.
