Will of William F. HOUSE, deceased

August 2nd 1842.  In the name of God Amen.  I, William F. HOUSE of the State of Tennessee, Weakley County being of sound mind though weak in body, wish my beloved wife Piety to be as comfortable situated as possible.  I therefore make and publish this my last will and testament as follows.  I give to my beloved wife, Piety all the land that I possess and all my stock horses, cattle, and hogs, and all the ballance of my property of every kind, with the exception of what it will require to pay my debts.  I also appoint A.P. McCLAIN my Executor of this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof, I have set my hand and seal the day and date above written.
