State of Tennessee, Weakley County

I, Nancy J. HICKS, being of sound mind and disposing mind and memory do ordain this to be my last will and testament in form and manner as follows,  First, It is my will that Mary J. HICKS have one star quilt, one white blanket, one white counterpane, one feather bed and one red trunk.  Second, I give and bequeath to John W. JETER, the whole of any personal estate after my funeral expenses have been paid out of the same.  I hereby nominate and appoint John W. JETER, my sole Executor, to this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils heretofore by me at any time made, this the 24th day of October 1878.
