GOLDEN
Will of W. S. GOLDEN, deceased
I, W. S. GOLDEN of Weakley County,
Tennessee,
do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking
and making void all others by me at any time made. First, I
direct
that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my
death
as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first
come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly I direct that the
balance
of my property be laid out in land, or as much thereof as my executor
may
think best for my wife and children, and if its not all paid out for
land,
the balance to be paid out for the benefit of my family. Thirdly,
I direct that when the land is bought, the deed be made to my wife, S.
H. GOLDEN, during her natural life, and at her death, to my lawful
heirs.
Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint D. A. GOLDEN, my Executor, to
this my last will and testament, without being required to give
security
on his bond, and if he should fail or refuse to execute this will, then
my wife mayappoint one who shall give security on his bond. In
witness
whereof, I do to this my will set my hand the 27th day of January 1885.
