Will of Frances A. FOWLER, deceased

Dresden, Weakley County, Tennessee, February 4th 1887

I, Frances A. FOWLER, Dresden, Tennessee, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, by this act, revoking all former wills made by me. 

Section 1, I desire that all my just debts be paid. 

2nd, I give and bequeath to my bodily heirs, also Rufus C. MORRIS, to have an equal share with the rest of my children.  Also Mary A. MORRIS's bodily heirs, to have their mother's share when they come to the age of twenty-one years.  In the division, Ellen SMITH has already had one mule worth one hundred dollars ($100); also one cow worth twenty-five dollars ($25), be taking from her part of the property when directed.
Also that J. W. FOWLER have the value of seventy dollars, the vale of a mule, more than the rest of the children.  Also N. C. FOWLER have the benefit of forty-eight dollars ($48) above his equal share.  If any of
said children fails to treat me as they should, is to be debarred in said will.  My property consists of land, personal property and money on hand at my death.
