Will of Andrew COLE, deceased
State of Tennessee, County of Weakley

I, Andrew COLE of the state and county aforesaid, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. 

1st, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be
paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor. 

2nd, I give and bequeath to my nine grandchildren by the first wife of my son William A. COLE, their names being as follows, John A. COLE, Eudorah E. HARPER, the wife of Charles H. HARPER; Julia J. TIDWELL, the wife of Jason TIDWELL; Moses H. COLE,  Harriett C. SMITH, the wife of James SMITH; William M. COLE,  J.B. COLE, L.F. COLE, and Martha S. COLE, my home tract of land, consisting of two hundred (200) acres more or less, lying in said state and county, to be equally divided at my death between the above named nine grandchildren, share and share alike. 

Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint Thomas J. HIGGS as my Executor to the above will.  In witness whereof, I do to this will set my hand and seal this 4th day of March 1882.

Also in the will of Fielding TRAVIS......dated 1st day of December 1879.....he names Mary, she is mentioned as being Mary COLE,  mother of his grandchildren....pj
