Will of William BUNTON, deceased William BUNTON, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Lucy, the proceeds of all of her property that she had when I married her, all the beds and bed clothing that she had and brought here, and also the bed clothing that she has made since we have been together. As I have made use of seventy dollars of the money that her property brought, it is my will for that amount to be refunded back to her. I also will and bequeath to my beloved wife, my claybank horse, Pompey, and four head of cattle, two cows and two yearlings, one feather bed without any bed clothing. 3rd, I give and bequeath to my son Isaac BUNTON, one feather bed and furniture that his mother intended for him in her lifetime, and the residue of my property, I want sold and my just debts paid, and the ballance if any, equally divided among the heirs of my body, I do hereby nominate and appoint James M. COLEY, sole Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of September 1857. Test:
William BUNTON
