James  Buckley  last Will and Testament 
Recorded 12th of April, 1836 

STATE OF TENNESSEE 
WEAKLEY COUNTY 

One thousand eight hundred and thirty five September 1st day, I, JAMES BUCKLEY being in perfect health and sound mind and memory, but knowing that it is appointed for all men to die and being desirous to have my business settled in lawful manner have this day constituted and appointed this writing as my last will and testament in manner and form following (viz.) first of all my property I lend to by beloved wife, MARY BUCKLEY during her life or widowhood, except the stock got too large for her to support, then for to sell of such as she could spare and divide
among our children.  She keeping a sufficiency for her own support while she lives or during widowhood and as her death or marriage, it is y will that all the property be equally divided among all my children, and I appoint my beloved son COLEMAN BUCKLEY as my executor to settle my business according to law, and this my last will and testament, also when the occupant that we live on at this time, when it co! mes into market, I want my son COLEMAN BUCKLEY to raise money and (page 166) save the same and at the death or widowhood of said MARY BUCKLEY to be sold and equally divided as above mentioned. 

In testimony of the above I have subscribed my seal and name the day and year above written. 

Enterlined in fifteenth line before signed.  Signed sealed and acknowledged in presence of us.
