To all whom it may concern. This is to impower J. T. GROOMS and R. P. GROOMS [Rice Pierce] my only sons, to take charge of all my property both personal and real at my death, it being my desire and last will and testament for the above names J. T. and R. P. GROOMS to take immediate charge of all my effects and settle all of my business lawfully and without favor or partiality to any of my lawful hers and it is will hat they be appointed administrators after my death and they settle all of my affairs forever. This May the 3rd 1897
