| This is John Calvin McGehee and his surviving children. They gave
birth to 9 boys and 1 girl Mary. Photo taken in 1892 Seated in front are
John Calvin and Mary Susan Miles his wife. Standing are Tom (Thomas) ,Frank
( William Franklin), Joe (Josph Lee), Art ( Rev. Arthur Romeo), and the
two couples are Jim(James Archie Monroe ) and wife Emma,and Alec (Richard
Alexander) wife Annie Lee Tucker ( my grandmothers older sister) and their
first child at her skirt.Young boy at Johns side is Elisha Benjamin his
youngest son and between Mary and John is only dau Mary who married Eddie
Waggener.The house they are in front of is the one John (Jack) built on
land he bought from Gardners in 1864 one year before he married Mary Susan
Miles (Shissy)
